42-year-old woman who presents having lost 170 pounds. She is 5’3” and weighs 150 lbs. She reports that she is most concerned about the appearance of her breasts. Patient underwent a Mastopexy with a 375cc gel implant. She went from a 34B to a 34C (Full). Post-operative photos taken 3 months.

34-year-old woman who presents interested in improving the appearance of her breasts. She is 5'9" and weighs 125 pounds. She is currently wearing a 34B bra but would like to be a C cup as she was prior to her pregnancies. The patient underwent a Peri-areolar Mastopexy with placement of 375cc gel implants.
