32-year-old woman interested in a mastopexy. She is 5’4″ and weighs approximately 102 pounds. She reports that she was up to a DDD during her pregnancies and came down to a DD and then to a D cup. The patient underwent a bilateral mastopexy and post-operative photos taken 3 months.
