| The cost of a procedure is just one of many factors in planning for your surgery. You should know in advance all the costs involved with your procedure and you should feel comfortable asking financial questions. Please ask the office staff as they are very willing to assist you in any way possible and to help you obtain financial assistance should you need it.

QuotesThe cost of a given procedure varies from patient to patient so in most cases we are only able to provide you with an accurate cost estimate after you have been fully evaluated by the doctor. Dr. Frank charges a $50 consultation fee at the time of the initial consultation, which will be later applied to the cost of the surgery. At the end of the first consultation, you will be given a written price quote which will include the following: the surgical fee, the cost of the operating room facility and any special equipment, the anesthesiologist fee, post-surgical garments if necessary, postoperative visits, and any other costs that can be foreseen.
The only additional costs that are not included in the initial quote are prescription medications, laboratory tests, and pathology fees depending on your individual requirements.

Payment PolicyA 20% deposit is due at the time that the surgery is scheduled, usually at the second office visit. We cannot hold a surgical date for you until this deposit is received. The balance of the payment is required in full two weeks before the surgery date. We accept cash, credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, and American Express), money orders, travelers checks, and cashiers checks. In certain circumstances personal checks can be used but this must be discussed with the office staff in advance.

Financing Your SurgeryFinancing is available through an outside financing company. We recommend that you wait until after your first visit and have a surgical fee quote before beginning the application process. Please talk to the office staff if you are interesting in financing options.

InsuranceAs you are probably aware, most cosmetic surgery procedures are not covered by insurance companies. There are some exceptions, however, and by talking to the office staff and the doctors, we will be able to help you determine whether your particular procedure might be covered.
